Nutrition Coaching

Our nutrition coaches will work with you to modify your current eating habits and provide healthy recommendations.  A comprehensive 3-day diet analysis is used to determine possible excess or deficiencies in your diet to make modifications that work for you.

Kelly Greene

Kelly has her M.A. in Exercise Physiology from Columbia University and B.A. in Outdoor Recreation Business from the University of Maine in her home state.  It was in Maine that Kelly developed her love for all things outdoors, which in turn brought her to Colorado in 2012 to enjoy all of the outdoor pursuits it has to offer.  She is an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer and holds many specialty group exercise certifications including cycling, TRX, Zumba, Pound, and a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training. Kelly believes that health is not one part of your life, but rather the sum of it all – a culmination of a healthy mind and body via physical activity, nutritious eating, and mental peace and awareness. When she isn’t coaching, you can find her skiing, mountain biking, climbing, hiking, running rivers, or watching G.N.A.R. and Chevy Chase comedies.

I received a B.S. in Health and Exercise Science and a Business Administration Minor from Colorado State University.  Currently I have my CrossFit Level 1 Trainer certification and it working towards her Personal Training Certification.  I have been coaching CrossFit for almost 3 years now, but I also enjoy doing other types of exercise and being outside by the pool.  When I’m not at work or at CrossFit, I coach swimming and give lessons to kids.  Swimming has always been a passion and huge part of my life, being able to coach and help kids become better swimmers brings a smile to my face.  At work, I enjoy teaching Cycling, HIIT Training, Strength and Endurance Training, and Mobility classes.  To me health is the body’s ability to perform at its maximum potential based on nutrition, mental exertion, and physical exercise.  Having a balance among the three is what I believe keeps the body strong, stable, and working together.

I moved here from New York 10 years ago and my life shifted in more ways than ever expected. Fitness was never a huge part of my life, but moving to Colorado immersed me into a mentally and physically healthier culture. The world of fitness found me.

My definition of health is more of an intrinsic one rather than something extrinsic or visible to others. Health is a state of mind that you reach when you are satisfied physically, mentally and spiritually. Health is defining your own success and reaching goals that you yourself  set, no matter how big or small. Health is not caring about what your body looks like and instead focusing on what amazing things you can accomplish with it.

Jessica Bond

Jessica attended Colorado State University where she received a degree in Health and Exercise Science with a concentration in Health Promotion.  Being a Colorado native, she takes every opportunity to enjoy the outdoors and likes taking part in activities such as hiking, biking, snowboarding and running.  She currently holds an ACE Group Fitness Instructor and Elevation Wellness Coaching certifications.  Jessica's definition of health is being in a state where you are living a well-balanced lifestyle.  She believes it is important to take care of your health by finding a balance between your physical, mental, and social well-being.
