Melanie Solomon

My name is Mel and I graduated from Penn State with a degree in Kinesiology and a focus in Fitness Studies. I am an ACSM certified personal trainer and a huge advocate for living an active lifestyle. I'm originally from Maryland so Colorado has kept me busy with some of my favorite outdoor activities- running, hiking, snowboarding, and biking.
